I’m a visual storyteller and founder of Apogee Studios NW.  I love creating imagery that captures authentic stories with clarity and intention.

After spending over two decades in architectural design, I shifted my focus to film and photography to pursue projects centered on meaningful storytelling.

That transition shaped a unique creative approach that blends my eye for structure, composition, and detail with a filmmaker’s instinct for crafting cinematic narratives.

Behind the camera

A happy family of five standing close together outdoors in a natural setting, smiling and embracing each other.
A man kneeling in a desert landscape, taking a photo of an old, leafless tree with twisted branches. There is a rusty, vintage car and a dilapidated building in the background, under a clear blue sky.
Man with short hair, wearing a white hoodie, brown shorts, and tan shoes, taking a photo with his right hand in a corridor with yellow-orange walls, green doors, and ceiling-mounted lights creating shadow patterns on the floor.
A man crouching and taking a photo of an engraved memorial plaque at a garden with lush green plants and trees, a stone walkway, and a wooden fence in the background.
A man with a backpack and shorts is walking on the sidewalk in front of a row of connected houses. The houses have brick and concrete exteriors, with windows featuring white trim and red shutters. There are plants and decorative items near the entrance of each house. The man is facing away from the camera, and a partial view of the street is visible.
